Permaworld Foundation (Permaworld) has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate to our members and customers our firm commitment to their privacy.
Use of personal information and email address
Permaworld will not sell or give your email address or any other personal information we hold to anyone else. We use the personal information only so that we can get in touch with you when needed. We also send out our newsletter 'PermaNEWS' with updates and information about what is happening at Permaworld to keep you up to date with current developments. The newsletter is sent out between 1 and 4 times a month depending on what changes are made on the site and what other news arises. Normally when we release new features or make changes to the web sites an email will be sent out.
Registration Forms
Permaworld's registration form requires users to provide contact information including their name, address as well as their email address. This additional contact information is only used to get in touch with members and customers when we are unable to make contact by email.
