Permaworld Foundation

The not-for-profit Permaworld Foundation was registered in 2002 by social entrepreneur Billy J. Jones.

The Foundation was based in Nelson, BC, Canada and provided an internet based fundraising program called ‘Permaworld’ to raise money for permaculture projects and environmental organizations. Over 140,000 members joined Permaworld and the money donated supported many earth care organizations.

The Permaworld Foundation was also registered in Australia in 2022 with a program to freely share ideas and solutions for harmony in mental, emotional and physical health.
