During the Be the Change program

There are many aspects to the program. One of them is increasing the amount of fruit you eat on a daily basis. The experience of eating much more fruit is the only way can you know and feel how beneficial it is to do so. The first few days of transitioning are the most challenging. After a few days, most people find the process to be joyful, effortless, energizing and exciting as many health problems simply disappear.
