The Fortress and/or Prison of Beliefs

Many people live in a self-created fortress of their own negatively oriented thoughts and beliefs and/or locked in a prison of disempowering, unconscious parental, societal, governmental, educational, medical or religious beliefs they have been programmed with from birth.

Change can be difficult and often seems impossible because of these programs. This creates a perpetual cycle of the same, sometimes self-destructive, negative life choices, patterns and habits.

Thoughts – Beliefs – Choices – Habits

A choice can not be made without a feeling to initiate it and a feeling can not be felt without a thought that triggers it. Thinking differently is the first step to make changes.

  • Be kind and respect each ONE's freedom to express their thoughts, feelings and what they choose to experience

Physical Health - Wellbeing

  • Be in nature often, close to your earth mother, provider and sustainer
  • Return the seeds of the fruits you eat by spreading them in nature, helping the earth to propagate forest gardens and edible landscapes
  • Be kind and care for all life
  • Be barefoot on the earth whenever you can

9. Air

  • INCREASE Flow of Pure Fresh Air
  • Be in the outdoors breathing pure fresh air
  • Rest with fresh air circulating in your sleep space
  • Animating the particles of your existence. No Air, no life

10. Sun

  • INCREASE Full Body Sun Exposure
  • Be exposed to the sun often and harvest it's healing energies
  • Let your eyes take in the full spectrum of the sun's light, the colourful first and last light of the day, fire light and all other natural light 
  • Discontinue use of sunglasses that alter full spectrum light
  • Avoid toxic, poisonous sunscreens

11. Water

  • INCREASE Intake of Pure Fresh Water
  • Source the best sun charged water from the juices within fresh fruits then springs, creeks, rain and other means such as a water distillation/filtration.
  • Water has memory and transfers wisdom from the earth
  • Water is the medium of transportation. The heart pumps nutrients in. Movement pumps waste out
  • Refrain from drinking most tap water due to chlorine, fluoride and other harmful ingredients

12. Eat

  • INCREASE Intake of Fresh Fruit
  • #1 Fresh Fruit is your body's ideal food and medicine
  • #2 INCREASE intake of biogenic (life generating) food grown in the Earth and DECREASE and eliminate processed/factory foods
  • Fruit Till Five (fresh juicy fruits only)
  • Salad At Sundown (be creative with all earth produce for a delicious salad)

13. Move

  • INCREASE Activity to Move your Body
  • Walk, hike, run or engage in any other activities that feel good and you enjoy
  • Use your muscle activity and body motion to activate your waste pump to remove lymphatic waste
  • Walk after Waking (walk as far and as long as you want. Move you body upon waking to activate your lymphatic drainage system

14. Rest

  • INCREASE the Time Between Eating (Fasting)
  • Rest your internal bodily functions by fasting to reset them for optimal functionality
  • Eat nothing till Noon (drink only water)
  • Relax, daydream, meditate and use your imagination to create your ideal life
  • Sleep early and wake during the midnight to daylight portal of clarity and expansive thought
