The Fortress and/or Prison of Beliefs
Many people live in a self-created fortress of their own negatively oriented thoughts and beliefs and/or locked in a prison of disempowering, unconscious parental, societal, governmental, educational, medical or religious beliefs they have been programmed with from birth. Change can be difficult and often seems impossible because of these programs. This creates a perpetual cycle of the same, sometimes self-destructive, negative life choices, patterns and habits.

A choice can not be made without a feeling to initiate it and a feeling can not be felt without a thought that triggers it. RECONNECT in nature (MOVE) = FREE
Every part of your physical body is derived from the elements of the Earth and nurtured by Air, Sun and Water. The Earth is your real ‘mother’ who knows everything about you, communicates with you constantly and prompts you to maintain harmony.
When you are out of harmony, not feeling well, in thoughts, emotions or physically, your first destination is to reconnect with the earth and immerse yourself in nature and the healing elements of Air, Sun and Water.
Seek help and wisdom from the air, water, sun, trees, plants, forests, beaches, mountains or wherever you may be in nature. Everything is listening and responding. Be still, tune in and resonate with the Ancestral Intelligence (AI) of the earth and everything around you. Be guided by your intuition.
Here are some simple suggestions below, including the resetting of your bodily functions by Fasting and rebuilding your body with Fruit and other produce grown in the Earth.
Earth
- After you wake from sleep and before eating engage in walking, gardening, running, hiking or any activity that uses your muscles and body motion, to activate your lymphatic waste pump
- Walk, run, hike or engage in any and all activities in nature that you enjoy
- Take off your shoes, walk barefoot on the earth and ground yourself
- Lay on the grass, a sandy beach or anywhere on the Earth. Be connected
- Use earth derived clothing materials and cleaning products
Air
- Seek pure fresh air in nature and breath deeply
- Always sleep with a window open for fresh air
- Listen to sounds and music that are melodic and harmonious to your BEING
Sun
- Refrain from wearing sunglasses. Let your eyes take in the full spectrum of light from colorful sunrises & sunsets, moon light, star light, fire light and more
- Expose your full body to the sun often and harvest its healing energies and light codes. Sunlight is medicine.
- Refrain from putting toxic sunscreens on your skin. Simply seek shade or cover your skin when feeling you have had too much sun directly
Water
- The finest sun charged water is the liquid within the fresh juicy fruits you eat
- Seek gratitude, kind thoughts and words, harmonious music and sounds. Water is an emotional conduit and responds to your frequency
- Water is an electrical conduit. Stay hydrated as many health related issues are due to dehydration
- Swim or lay in the water of a creek, lake, river or ocean
- When possible, choose water from springs or creeks for drinking. Water transfers information and wisdom from the Earth
- Refrain from drinking most tap water due to chlorine, fluoride and other harmful ingredients

Simplicity and benefits of extending the time between eating
Your body knows exactly how to heal itself, given the right conditions, which water fasting provides. It is like being on nature’s operating table with the finest microsurgeon at your service. Fasting is the ideal way to reset your body’s functionality and harmony.
You gain first hand experience and feedback as you remove food intake and drink only pure water, resting as much as needed and engaging in light exercise. You now can observe and monitor your body as it transitions to an enhanced mode of self-cleaning, self-constructing, self-preserving and self-healing.
The fasting period, which is simply an extension of the time between eating, is a practical, health empowering protocol you can use on a regular basis. Eat less, eat less often and live longer to eat more.
Simply stop eating. Be about in Nature. Rest as needed. Let the Air, Sun and Water communicate with, animate, nurture and harmonize the particles of your BEING, resetting your body for optimal functionality.
Why eat fruit before fasting on water?
Eating only fresh fruits prior to a water fast prepares your body in the best way possible before drinking only water. Your elimination channels are in an optimal state for the deeper cleanse that water fasting provides.
Why eat fresh juicy fruit after fasting on water?
Breaking a water fast with fruit is a means for your body to transition from no food to the gentle, highly absorbable fruit nutrients. Sometimes, ending a water fast may initiate intense cravings for foods not ideal to eat, so at this time, close monitoring and support may be needed for you to make this transition from fasting to fruits.
Transitioning to your preferred diet and lifestyle
After a few days on fruit, you can transition gradually to the most healthful diet that best serves your needs with fruit, best eaten alone, being the greatest proportion of the foods you eat on a daily basis for best long term health outcomes.
REBUILD with fruit (EAT) = Priceless
All the nutrients your body needs to thrive and stay vibrantly healthy are contained in the food that is provided freely and abundantly from the Earth’s garden.
Choosing which food to eat is simple. What grows naturally in the earth that looks good, smells good, tastes good and feels good when eaten is ideal. Fruit, by default, is the #1 choice.
If you feel out of harmony mentally, emotionally or physically, simply increase the amount of fresh juicy fruits you eat in a day. If possible, just eat fruit, and best eaten alone. Eating fruit facilitates flow, removing resistance (toxic waste) and will re-harmonize your bodily functions.
Along with fruit, increase eating any living foods grown from the earth that you enjoy and decrease or eliminate factory, processed and artificial foods.

TIP – Eyesight and Fruit: If your eyesight gets a little blurry and before you get glasses to mechanically change your eye focus, simply eat mostly fruits for a week or more. Your eyes will return to good vision again. If you start on the path of wearing glasses, you train your eyes to rely on them and may need to wear glasses for the rest of your life. Easier to feast of fruit and never need glasses in the first place.
